Aside from the fringe group of seal extremists I think we have a pretty good name globally. Elsewhere in the Country however - these quotes are the norm it would seem.
Great Big Sea was asked to dress in Cape-Annes and sit in a dory when they sang at the Junos. They of course told them to bugger-off. The image of the goofy newfie is a persistant one up-along. It opens us for the type of attack that Brother Watson has built his empire on.

I'm getting pretty fed up with our good name being tarnished because we joined Canada.
